3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phace Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, Landbank, and PNB. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phace does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the phace Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phace is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phace is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed on the phace deposit page.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. phace will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. phace reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. phace aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. phace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phace reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players.
5.1 phace offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the phace Platform alongside the relevant offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

10.2 phace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phace will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
10.3 phace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phace account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phace's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phace collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phace Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 phace may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. phace will notify you of any such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
11.3 phace implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phace cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.1 phace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phace will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your phace account at any time by contacting customer support.
